Tenho um notebook lg e500 e posso aumentar a ram pra 4 gb de RAM?

Tenho um notebook lg e500 e posso aumentar a ram pra 4 gb de RAM?
Tenho um note e500 da lg com capacidade para 4 gb RAM.No momento tem 1 gb. Será que o Windows vai reconhecer sendo ele de 32bits? Ou ñ tem problema?

    nao reconhece.. o xp so reconhece ate 3GB
